Sir I have purchased HTC ONE 802 Dual Sim Handset from a local Dealer of HTC on 01-05-2014 But 2nd sim slot of handset is not working properly since the month of july 2014. I have complained to company in month of july 2014 first time and send the set for repair to company through service center. After two long week they send back the set to me without repairing it. 2nd time I have send back this set to company on 20 Nov 2014 and company without repair the set again sent back to me on 02nd dec 2014 I have checked the set on service center and found the problem is not solved still the 2nd slot of sim was not working. Again 3rd time I have sent back the set to company on 2nd Dec 2014

I want my money back because the quality of product is of very low standard and the company is cheating with people by giving them poor quality of handsets and taking huge amount of money against the poor handsets. the loss of Rs. 50,000 that was due to the unavailability of the handset is also given to me as compensation.
