Respected Sir, I have purchased HTC One dual on 24-02-2014 (PO attached IMEI 357607050652099). this phone has broken down four times since then. following are the details. 1. TIC # 14INA370017769 – Due to camera problem- camera replaced (11.09.2014 )by HTC in warranty 2. TIC # 14INA470011440 – Due to body crack – body replaced (21.11.2014). paid by me. 3. TIC# 14INA510012932 – Due to call drop problem. electronic board replaced (20.12.2014) under warranty 4. TIC # 15INCW03ENA000969 – due to phone suddenly stopped charging. regarding Serial No 4, I had submitted the phone in their authorised repair centre on 24/04/2015 mentioned below address: TVS Electronics Ltd, F-15, Kohinoor Mall, Kohinoor City, Off LBS Marg, Kurla(W), Mumbai 022250xxx they told me that the part is not available and will be coming from taiwan within a week. since then I have called them several times on service center and customer care. I dont get any definite date. yesterday also they said that they dont know when will the phone be repaired. Sir that phone cost me around 42300 rs. after giving so much money, i have suffered so much and still I dont know when they will give back my phone.

Sir, I need either my full money (Rs 42300) back or HTC give a replacement of the device within a week.
