I had submitted my mobile phone on 16th-December-2013 in dadar branch.I received a call from HTC company informing regarding you will get replaced mobile in 8-9 day. But still yet i haven’t received my mobile.An no one is picking up my call at services center an in HTC call center they are saying by Monday(6-jan-2014) you will get it an that too no sure. Since 3 day they are giving me promises

i want my phone as fast as possible
