HTC, no service You take back your phone!!! Dont offer me any more hopeless service of yours! I will dump it into dustbin.

This mail is in accordance with my phone with following configurations: Model : HTC-one-v Dev Serial: SH26MTV02832 IMEI : 353115057721093 From my experience, I have been very friendly to you guys, and i see nothing worth the same, since to the customer, who are good to you, you don’t do good, but for ones who mean worst, you do all the best you can! I have been using this device since late August (around 25th), 2012. It is under warranty. Let me bring to you the highlights of this device: 1. The device had been received faulty in the new packed conditions; the new phone did not have the WiFi and Hotspot working!! The same was given to your centre in Jayanagar(FineFones), to whom I had asked to change the handset, because it is a new one, with faults. The handset was told to be “easily repairable” and hence i was asked to wait for a day. After this, i was told that a “motherboard” replacement was required and the phone was sent to the company instead of replacing it! I was still ok with it, since the main board was getting changed. It took about 20 days for the same. 2. The phone after motherboard replacement failed to give spontaneous response, even after the service was done! It started lagging and hanging, with continuos reboots. On this, i had gone back to your Jaynagar service station. They took my phone for long 26 days (I MEAN 26 DAYS HERE!). On the end, they just said that the “Service center no more deals with HTC!!, but they have anyhow reinstalled the OS to my phone to do the thing”. 3. I still was using the phone, but the issue of lagging was not resolved, the phone started overheating! BATTERY takes 4 Hours to charge! I was then terrified with the device and hence took it to E-TVS Service center at Basvangudi, Bangalore. They then took the phone, and reset the OS ( I don’t understand what do you mean by resetting the OS each time and kicking my data away!), even after that the issue was not resolved. 4. For lagging, they told me to wait sometime, because they believed the Battery was giving issues (I don’t think by anyways, battery can!). They saw that it took 4 hours to charge, and changed the adapter, the cord and battery, and they say that this is the max they can do! I asked them about OS lag, they reinstalled the OS!! I don’t think here OS is the problem. It is the device itself faulty.

You take back your phone!!! Dont offer me any more hopeless service of yours! I will dump it into dustbin. Give me back my money! Double the money, since i spent lot of petrol and time coming to you, else give me the same treatment you gave to Mr. Ashish. DONT BE PARTIAL TO YOUR COUSTOMERS!!
