i had submit my phone on feb 25 two months before. m calling from two months on HTC toll free customer care number initially they said parts are not available due to which your phone is not repaired. but from few days they are saying we have no information about your phone. my case was also forwarded to some escalation department and i talked to mr.vishal 10 days ago about my phone. the day he called me he said please give me one day i will give you exact status of your phone.but from that day i did not recieved any call from him .although when i m calling they repeatedly saying that mr vishal is busy on some other calls. he will noticy you soon but he is not.. in the meantime i have sent them so many mails regarding my phone.but there is no reply even over there. i want my phone as soon as possible. its been more than two months now. being a reputed brand they have the poorest services among all.

i want my phone repaired and back as soon as possible .they must compensate loss of my mental piece and time. i also want to complain againist their false commitment.
