Order no was 9975157. Product was HTC Sensation XE mobile phone. Received on 13th Jan’13. First, they did not send the battery and when we checked the phone. We found that it is repaired/old. We spoke to customer care of shopclues as well as we try to contact them through mail but we did not get any response.

We paid 12000 Rs for the phone including Interest of 3 month.

We want that our complete money should be reverse. ASAP
