HTC,overcharged by service provider

Respected Sir, I am using HTC wildfire S. My cellphone accidentally broke. I went to authorized service center to get my cellphone repair. they misguided me by saying that my cellphone will get repaired within 10 working days. as they were failed to do so in specified time and told that touchscreen in not available in company.After 5 days they told that touch with motherboard has to be replaced and that will cost me Rs 8267.00 which is higher than the current price of handset. After 20 days I took my cellphone back from the service center due to lots of frustration and chaos in my family. Then I got my cellphone repaired from local repair center who took one day to repair my phone and charged only Rs 500.00. Now my cellphone is working fantastically without the change of motherboard. the work order no. that mention in job sheet is JAI003-0005357.

I am very disappointed from the rude behavior of customer care executive, they didn’t found any solution to my problem and directly told me that it can’t be repaired and has to be replaced. As I am a student, my lot of time was wasted because of them. They was so much of tension in my family regarding my damaged cellphone. I was not able to study due to this tension and got depressed so much.

I want the compensation of Rs 350000.00 from the company because of mental harassment and loss of precious time, education and convince charges apart from this i want a new cellphone (highest model of HTC).my father’s financial condition is not so good and I was not able to own this cellphone but due to my stubbornness.I insisted my father to bring me this cellphone. That’s why I want required compensation.
