Hi, This is a complaint regarding after sales service provided by HUL Puerit. I lodged a complaint about my pureit advance 23 ltr. and a person visited today i.e.7th June 2014. According to me there is a problem with water floater because water is directly flowing from that point into the last container where only filtered water should go. Person who visited my place did not even check the machine by filling the water and just after looking from outside he directly told me that there is a no problem. And asked me to talk to his senior over phone. When I talked with senior I was told that it is not possible that machine can not be any kind of problem. He was again and again saying that machine is fine and there is no problem. When I asked to check the machine by filling water they told me that person dont have this much time.
Puerit representatives were not ready to except the fact that there is any problem and want to solve everything over phone. I dont understand why he did not he filled the machine and check. This was not enough from there side, I got shocked when person asked me to get the water tested in a laboratory. I want to ask Puerit people that should every puerit customer have a water testing laboratory access ? Please advice me what should I do as drinking impure water is dangerous for health and now after seeing this behavior I am left with no option but to buy another puerifier within a year of purchasing another one.
