My fixed landline and broadband connection was installed in the month of Jan 2013 from the day one i am receiving a humming sound in the in the hand set provided by bsnl my repeated request to the lineman to rectify the defect has not been useful. He rather asked to get the inner wire changed but even change of wire has not stop the sound. His stock reply is that he cannot do anything. Pl advise me should i surrender the connection or anything can be done thanks My landline no. is 2360533
