Sir/ Madam I Murtaza Soni purchased a brand new Hyundai Xcent from Modi Hyundai, Goregaon (E) on July 22, 2014. From the day I purchased the car I have been facing problems with the gear, clutch, average and pick up of the car. I contacted Modi Hyundai for the same but was given a very cold and rude response. After giving my car for servicing at Modi Hyundai Service Center for 3 times, my problems have not been solved but in turn my problems have increased. After one service my new wipers for changed with old ones. Fed up of Modi Hyundai. I gave my car for servicing at Borivali (E) service center hoping for better response. But it was as bad a Modi Hyundai Goregaon. The faults in my car increased. My AC stops working from time to time. And my car breaks down frequently. The serbice Center at Borivali (E) also charged me money for petrol they haven’t even filled. I am physically and mentally tortured by the service of Modi Hyundai. I amn filing this complaint for relief.

I want my car to be serviced properly and I want to use my car with lout any faults coming up every time I drive it. Want proper response from Modi Hyundai Service Center and proper Servicing for my car.
