This is with reference to my complaints against bad services done by athorized dealer of Hyundai Motors India Ltd (HMIL) – fortune hyundai at greater noida.: Below is the mail sent to HMIL and firtune hyundai but none of them are bothered to call or resolve my problem. Dear COncerns, In continuation of my complaints against the services done twice from 6th sept’13 – 13th Sept’2013 and re-services from 28Sept’13 – 7th Oct’13 at Fortune hyundai. My car details : UP16 AJ0118 Santro Xing I would like to share my experience in brief: I gave my car to repair my damages to Mr Bhati (repair manager) on 6th Sept’13. And jotted him down in Job card to repair my Right side damages via Bajaj allianz claim and Left side repair will be paid by me. In spite writing on the job card they didnt rectify the same, which shows their serious ness towards the customer complaints. Infact I kept following up with him for updation on my car resolution. After 6 days of my continuous follow-up they transferred the car for servicing under supervision of Mr. Mishra, who again proved me wrong with awkward response by not calling back and updating what’s what in the car service issue. I asked the Service manager to do the following things: a) Alignment problem(car inclined towards left) b) shockers are making huge noise. c) Missing and vibration in car engine d) Dry cleaning of my seat covers. At the time of delivery, out of the above mentioned points I was surprised to see that I didn’t find any of the things to get rectified and I went again on 15th Sept’13 at Fortune Hyundai for rectification of the same. Even after dry cleaning, seat covers were in acrid situation and not cleaned properly. and alignment problem was till faced with missing and vibration in engine, I again complained the same on phone to Seniors of Fortune Hyundai. But in vain the problem existed again and again. I placed a written complaint to GM-services ( Mr Sharma) at Fortune Hyundai on 28th Sept’13 and he asked to re-service the same, as I was traveling out of city I gave my car for more than 9 days at Fortune Hyundai from (28Sept’13 – 7Oct’13). And Mentioned Fuel Tank full at the time of submitting my job card infront of Mr Sharma. I was surprised to see that after 9 days have passed, they were not able to rectify my problems. And still on date same problem is existing in my car. Same is mentioned below: a) Alignment problem(car inclined towards right now) b) Shockers are still making noise c) Fuel tank was stolen/used and it was half. that implies 18-19 ltr were stolen in 9 days d) and new problem of some cricking noise started from Left side of my car e) Repaired on fuel tank is not done properly and can easily make out just a temporary rectification by Hyundai I received my car after too much of follow from my side, I would like to mention none of the service manager or GM-service was inclined or humbled enough to call back and update o
want HMIL and fortune to take full responsibility of this bad services and pay me my 60000/- as a whole or change my old car with new car, as its been totally damaged my beliefs and trust on the brand.
