Hyundai – company is not giving me any logical reason

Sir I purchased a car from the above dealer on june 2013. I got a problem regarding a cut in one tyre within a month of purchasing I requested the company for replacing it but company reject due to the reason they said we replce due to the air in tyre not in case of cut I accepted the logic and repaired by own cost after six months at Dec 2013 I got a problem of air in another tyre I sent it to company and again they rejected due to the reason given it is not manufacturing fault and technical fault which I am not aware. I sent a complaint on companies website but I dod not get any response from it so please guide me. I am simple service class responsible officer of Nationalized Bank. Iam not aware of technical things but the company is not giving me any logical reason. Please help me for this. Thank you.
