Delay in Registration Certificate (RC) of vehicle and asking for extra amount. I have purchased a hynduai Grand Dealer i-10 on 19-08-2014, and paid Rs. 4,97,597/- as total cost. On 06-09-2014, I paid Rs 30,000/- as the total cost for Registration of my Car at a rate of 6%. Still I have not got my RC because now he is asking for extra money because from 01-10-2014 the registration charges has been increased at a rate of 8%. But as per my billing date my RC should have been handed over to me on the erstwhile rate of registration. when I went to the showroom for the inquiry of RC manager said either to wait or pay extra 2% and also informed that even when I paid the full amount of RC on 06-09-2014 he has not even registered my application for RC till 20-10-2014.

I require my RC at the earliest as I am working in Indian Air Force and I need to move to the other place for official work. In case of delay I want compensation for the inconvenience from the vendor side.
