I have bought Hyundai i20 in july 2012 bearing registration number is MH04FR7786, since i have bought the car a knocking sound is coming from engine since first month till now. Each time they tried to repair my car they have failed, in the last 18 months i have gone to their workshop for more than 15 to 20 times for the same. After about 15 months they are saying that the noise coming from engine is not a problem and is feature given by the company and have decided not to repair. Now my vehicle is lying their workshop for over 40 days.

I want replacement or refund of my vehicle which was old to me in bad state. I request you to recall the Vehicle history from the Hyundai company database and decide on the matter as a consumer I’m totally transparent in my complaint against Hyundai Motors Company.
