Exchange bonus cheque not released: At the time of purchasing i20 car from Orion Hyundai Hissar on 29.12.2012, it was told that Exchange Bonus cheque will be presented to me within 6 months from the date of invoice and I submitted all valid documents for release of exchange bonus amount on 06-April-2013. Despite it being a legitimate claim, HMIL having rejected it once, now is asking for more time to process it. This unprofessional behaviour on part of HMIL is highly unacceptable. Also, as per my email dtd 31.05.2013, I had asked for email id of 1. Managing Director & CEO; 2. Director/ marketing and sales of HMIL, and it is awaited till date. Exchange bonus money shall be released at the earliest & interest @ 15% from the date of submission of all documents (i.e. 06-04-2013) be paid by HMIL on it.
