drive the car to MGF on 26/12 for major(30,000 km PMS service), check noise WHEN SWITCH ON AC , staring trouble. I never faced a issue with acceleration of vehicle, I did not have a problem with pick-up of vehicle and I did not have a problem with mileage of car. When I get the car back after service I am having all the above problems – No pick-up, acceleration is like bullock cart and very low mileage. When I called service centre they told that my car has got a crankshaft issue and need to be replaced by 25000. My concern is how come my car was running fine before service and got all problems on a sudden after service? I was initially confused by the service advisor explanation like this is a problem with some lots of Santro (Manufacturing defect). Now neither MGF not Hyundai ready to compensate me and I have to pay 25000 to use my car which did not have a problem till the service

Do all necessary work on Car free of cost with warranty on parts change so that I will be able to use it the same way as I was using till service
