I have bought my Hyundai i20 from the showroom in my city RaeBareli, with a faith and promise from the dealer that they’ll provide me the best service any time. Few days back my car’s rear side glass had broken down and the next day i rushed to the Hyundai service centre near saras hotel at civil lines, RaeBareli, with a hope that they’ll replace it with a new glass. But to my surprise, they simply ignored my words when i asked them to change it. They simply said that “Lucknow me ho payega, yahaan nhi mil paega glass!”. My complaint is regarding this only!! Its been almost a week and my car’s window is still broken, i’ am not able to go to Lucknow due to some hectic schedule these days, and i had bought i20 from here for this easiness only that i’ll get the service at the service centre here. If they can not replace my rear side glass then for what the service centre is for? Am totally dissatisfied with this behaviour by them. They even aren’t assuring me that they’ll change it soon, the thing they replied is that “yahaan nhi ho paega ye”. If SAS Hyundai have opened a service centre here, at RaeBareli, then it is there job to replace my rear side glass of my i20.
I want the dealer to change my i20’s rear side glass as soon as possible. It is an service center’s responsibility to fulfil customer’s desire as soon as possible! but instead, they are just ignoring me!!
