i have not 3g signal on my 3g phone

Dear sir,
meri sikayat hai ki mai pichle 5 saal se airtel use kar raha hun.maine december 1O ya 11 ko airtel ke costumer care 121 par problm bataya ki mujhe 3G ke signal apne 3G phone nahi mil rahe hai. Jabki usi phone par bsnl ke signal mil
rahe hai.sath aapko batana hai ki mere airtel par 3G ki service acativate hai.c.c meri complain note kar mujhe c3Gsp31208147592 ka no. Diya aur kaha ki aap ki problm ko 14 dec 2011 tak hal kar aapko bataya jayega. Meri problm today 8.oo pm tak solve nahi hui to phir maine c.c 121 par call kiya aur sanjay se meri baat hui apna complain no. Batane par unhone mujhe 10 min hold par rakha aur fhir bhi koi fayda nahi hua.castumer care par exuetive se baat karne ke her 3 min ke 50 paise charge karte hai. Airtel se meri sikayat hai ki 4 din ka samay lekar bhi kyu meri problm sahi nahi hui.agar problm solve nahi ho sakti thi to mujhe bataya kyu nahi gaya. Thank u
