I lost my SIM card so Need to get the same no

Hi,

I lost my mobile last week, along with that my SIM also lost ‘9003332842’(In my earlier complaint i mentioned a wrong no, which is am using presently). I was using this sim for past 2 years. I went to Airtel retailer to get same number but retailer said that this no is tagged to ‘Rudhramurthy’ and you cannot get the same no. Let me know how to get the same no again.

Also, let me know how this no tagged to Rudhramurthy?
From when onwards this is tagged to him?
