Respected sir/Madam I have forward 6 times complaint to company email ID and on facebook page and also contact many times to customer representative. But no response with any action. I have submitted my handset to amravati(MH) service center on date 03/11/2014 and they forwarded my handset to Nagpur service centre on date 19/11/2014 for repairing means 16 days late.I am facing so many difficulty regarding company and crevice center bad service. Finally i have forwarded this comp lent to consumer forum. I requested to u to solve my problem. My handset details are as bellow.
