My issue is that my i ball mobile model no. 5.5 n2 quadro , the battery of my mobile is swelling within warranty period and for replacement i give the battery to the service center in bapunagar ahmedabad on 19 November 2014 and 1 month is already completed till the today but i haven’t got my battery replace till today, and i ball company told me for more days to wait for battery replacement which is not fair for any consumer. so please help for giving my service benefits. thanks.

i want to replace my battery as early as possible and i also claim for my valuable time, balance,and all the difficulties which i was facing without having a on mode of mobile because of the battery issue.
