I bought a product called iBall Silver Slide 3G Tablet (7271) of cost Rs 10000 from the online website www.100bestbuy.com on 5th April 2014. Following are the transaction details: Order Number : 14061903 ATRN : 1001404005608326 Amount : 9999 Currency : INR After that we did not receive any product and by calling to the customer care services for several times also they are not responding to the matter. I have send a legal notice for the same but did not receive any acknowledgement till now.

I want my full money back and also the charge which I am spending to get my money back with the legal processes.
