I am facing Heat issue when I talk for 3 mins.. My ear is heating and I am facing head ache. I seen this issue even the battery charge is 90%. I can not use this phone, due to this heat issue. Please let us know , the handset having the heat issue or is the heat issue happens to this particular handset. Please replace the handset without the heat issue or return back the money. As per the Indian Law, all the mobile manufactures should display the SAR value. But Iberry has not displayed the SAR value.

I want to return this product and get the money back or get the replacement phone which does not have the heat issue. I can not trust this company for replacement. Since the phone design does not have enough heat dissipation provisions, the heat problem will not get solved. On behalf of every Indian, the companies should display the SAR value in the phone packing and specifications and it should meet the real time usage.
