Been facing lot of issues since day 1 of purchase, haven’t got time to properly use the mobile. I been chasing every now and then to get the mobile in shape have been frequent to lot of service centre and inspite of all the effort i put in the mobile is dead piece of useless gadget. Earlier it had overheating issue, receiver front speaker not working which was resolved during first service. Later its microphone stopped working, wifi nonoperational, auto restart and later the SIM Cards not functional – While microphone started working the later are still issues now and then.

From usability perspective i’m helpless and not using this mobile as it is not serving the basic purpose of taking calls. Apart from that it has costed me damages in relations and financial firms where i registered my mobile number. The damages are substantial for lost opportunities and could cost around 25 K INR.

I want either money back or replacement of the mobile.
