I have a made a online purchase on 4-1-2014f and cancelled on the same day. As per return policy it has to refunded within 7 days of time. But, even after call confirmation and mail communication of refund, it is not yet got refunded.When asked they told, they have some issue with internet and refunding.How a online shopping site can run with internet and refunding issue this much long period.

Refund of entire money immediately and cancelling the license of online shopping untill they prove they have enough potential to run online business.
