Refer to complaint on CORE 45020/2/2012 dated-9/3/2012 it is still unresolved. Model:-IBuzz i4 GSM IMEI- 910567500030678 I have purchased iBuzz i4 GSM (IMEI- 910567500030678) in July 2011 from Arora Telecom, delhi-52,After one month of purchase my handset got dead and I submitted my handset to below service center:- Adonis Customer Relation Centre A-33, New Krishna Park Near Janakpuri West Metro Station Delhi – 110018, Delhi. Phone: 011-65656239 / 32023823 They have not respond till 13/Sept/2011. On 13/Sept/2011 they deliver handset in same condition i.e. hanging. customer care (1800 – 103 – 4888) is not available anytime. Then I again submitted my handset to noida service center (24/06/2012) for repair, but till date they don’t delivered my handset. I have served formal notice to the company but they don’t even setteled till date.
They have not repaired handset on time. (I have a copy of job sheet which shows the service delayed i.e. each time they have taken upto 30 to 40 days. They have damaged the body of handset. Till date handset is with company service centre.
I am looking for full refund with compensation for harassments.
