I was student of Institute of science and technology (2007-2011) batch. After I passed out from this college on 2011 up till now 2013 there has been 2 years but I still haven’t got my refundable caution money of INR 5000. There has been a circular released from the West Bengal university of technology (WBUT) to refund the caution money to all colleges but even after that when I contacted the college authority but they are not only reluctant but also refusing as well as ignoring to pay me back the refundable caution money. Please help.
