This is in regards to home loan number LBGUR00002145595 which is with ICIC BANK, while applying for home loan we had never opted home loan insurance, and after getting the welcome letter from ICIC BANK we found that they had charged us an extra amount of 80,000 rupees which was for the insurance cover. I had approached their manager Mr Dinesh Pandey who is the in-charge of home loan approval for Delhi NCR region and I was assured that they would look into it and so far there has been no revert from ICIC BANK. Mr Dinesh pandey is based in Gurgaon Haryana branch of icici bank.

I would want ICICI BANK to reverse the charges of the home loan insurance cover which is 80,000 rupees.
