Dear sir bank has cheat us about Loan Product these are statement I have send to bank, doesn’t give any response. As you Know, I have been already harassed by you people for not providing proper information at the right time. if you all are not able to resolve my issues. I would take the help of Media services & Go the Consumer court through legal Action. You All Are cheating Customer through false information providing at the time of apply. when customer are in you grips , you take charge over them. but this time , we will not bear it. I would go sure court. My issues. > March Month Installment is not deducted from my account. neither You bank send any mail nor phone call. Today. I had called to your customer care about the loan status. they are confirming ECS Mandate No of ICICI Bank. and My ECS Bounce charges are applied , why ????????????????? Why Bank Not called me before this time.at the Time applying Personal Loan – I personally visited MY ICICI Bank, get the ECS Mandate form filled up and handover the ECS Mandate form To you representative personally and soft copy mail ,( enclosed Mail for your reference.) at that time, Why bank has not informe me about the problem of this. I could easily get the correction done. > we have not been intimated about Transferring the Loan amount balance , that is the reason for not closing my Previous Personal Loan running in Axix Bank. I had been charged approx – 3500 / Extra to Axix Bank. > I had requested not to take Insurance Charges. But bank has deducted amount. > I had been charged Processing fee extra what has been committed at the applying . more than 1 % . > EMI Deducted more than in the first month.but it was not actual Arvind Kumar 9871869xxx
