Dear Team, I took a Home Loan LBPUN00001958154 from ICICI Bank Ltd. and they were giving 1% cashback scheme for it. However I did not knew that it required paper work. Now ICICI Bank Ltd. is giving silly excuse that I did not give my consent for this. What kind of an answer is this? Why would I refuse a scheme that is beneficial for me. I also brought it to the notice of ICICI even before a single EMI was deducted. I gave my grievance to their CEO but a pathetic reply came from them that. They are an opportunist group of people who would grab every opportunity of not giving benefit to their customers. If their intentions were good they would have sent back my home loan forms stating that please fill the cashback form also since this scheme is going on. They should have run after me. But for schemes for which bank is going to get profit then they would go for your life. I also raised this matter to RBI by keeping them in loop for every communication that I did with ICICI bank. Kindly do justice to me by providing me my right and take strictest actions against them so that they always cater to cusotmer’s concerns.
