Respected Sir , I am Dr Manish Patil and had an loan application no .62251521 First of all I got this application form number on 16th July after begging to a person who was calling me for my loan purpose of ICICI bank since last month. This was required as I never got any official communication with any application details on phone , SMS or email from ICICI bank. I was been called up by lady named Kajal several times(predicted as “I AM CALLING FROM ICICI BANK”) since May 2013 and I responded her Phone number was 9022821632 and landline phone number 022-60606064 (which is switched off many time and answered as ICICI landline number). I told her on 22nd June 2013 about the existing HDFC loan sanction and actually need 4 lacs more for complete equipment purchase for dental clinic . She readily asked me about my ITR and said we can easily process loan for my requirement and asked me for document set via SMS (i have sms record ). She sent a person to my home address to collect documents and sign a application form whose name was RASHID (which I came to know now) whose number was same as lady calling me i.e they are using same mobile number 9022821632. He told me that “sir , your requirement is 4 lacs but we can actually see that you are eligible for 10 lac rupees ” . I told him “I require only 4 lacs ” and then he said ” we can get it sanctioned for 10 lacs and then you can decide at time of disbursal how much to take as we can decrease amount at time of disbursal and can not increase an amount if required also.” So I said Ok for same and signed ICICI bank form. Now after this on 28th june my file got logged in BAJAJ FINSERVE LTD. (i got an email) . After calling concerned persons in email they said we are just checking eligibility for the loan so you got an email. Now I investigated matter and came to know that the documents submitted to ICICI bank are been submitted to Bajaj finserve for loan application processing.

i want apology from bank and strict action against the people who are involved and most important assurance letter from BANK my documents are not been used for any illegal purposes and they should address the issues immediately . I never got any SMS by ICICI bank which is why all fake people managed to manipulate the facts on front end . ICICI should have close watch and direct communication with applicants . icici should send the letter to CIBIL also about the incident and should send copy to me.If not resolved earliest will have to face legal consequences as i had recorded calls from those icici representatives and would not leave this case without proper solution as mentioned
