ICICI BANK – no response from customer care and MD, CEO

Dear Team, I did a transaction of 30000 through my ICICI Credit Card on 01-Jan-2013 for a laptop at Merchant Raam Computers, Chennai. The merchant forgot to convert my transaction to 0% EMI. I immediately raised this concerned to ICICI bank but they did not act on it and did convert my transaction 0% EMI. Now I have to suffer and ICICI bank also does not have sympathy to my concerns. I also mailed all the details to MD and CEO of ICICI bank but waste of efforts, she did not act on this at all and they all cried process. If at all world goes by their funda then doctor should not treat any patient because as per the process the patient is ill. Kindly do just to me and convert it to 0% EMI as I am a fresher and just started my job. I would be able to pay back principle in EMI but not exorbitant interest rates of credit card.
