Dear Sir, I have one ICICI bank account (a/c no 020801524675) on Gariahut Branch. I was closed one recurring deposit account (iWish deposit accounts no 627824000089) with amount Rs – 88,253.00/- on 7th December 2013 due to my urgent financial crisis. But still now the account is non operative mode. Now I am unable to close that account or deposit in that account. I am continuing follow-up to customer service of ICICI bank but still now the problem remain same. Please give advice what will be my next step. I am going to financial crisis.
