Dear Sir/Mam I have an saving account with ICICI bank in his Noida Branch. Branch Address is plot no. 43-48, 65-67 Block B1,Sector 50,Noida (U.P) my S/A no is 628401524064.When i have opened that acct they provide me an O/D acct(628405016687) with the limit of 30000.00INR. They also provide me separate Cheque book & ATM card to operate this account. This account(628401524064) is my salary account & i left this job on 2010. After that i have not operate this account.Now i get the account statement from ICICI bank that in your account 79232.00 INR is overdue. When i have check with ICICI bank customer care they tell us we link you acct(S/A) to your OD acct & when you hit your S/A ATM if you have insufficient balance we will transfer that amount from your OD acct to your S/A. My submission is that when i am not using that OD acct ATM or cheque than how it is possible that they will transfer the amount in my S/A. As well as they will not give any information that we are transfer this amount from your OD acct to S/A.
I need they(ICICI) clear my account statement & my track record in CIBIL & give me mental & economical compensation which is by him.
