Unauthorised transaction carried out on my icici Debit-cum- ATM Card in Brasil, while I was on board Sevan Brasil Rig(Off shore) on 11th of April 2013.(This may be done by cloning my debit Card). Immedieatly on email alert, I blocked my Debit card by informing my banker on telphone. and my wife visited icici bank and informed the bank manager for this fraud and also lodged a police complaint at local police station at my home town,Palampur Himachal Pradesh,India. The local police suggested to lodge a complain at Brasil also, where the fraud trasactions done. After varifying the account it is learnt that Seven fraud(multiple)transaction carried out on ATM,(all transactions are forign transactions in Brasil). Total Amount withdrawn-75236.89 INR. Detailed bank statement is attached. I lodged complaint with icici bank costomer care Vide complaint No. ICICICARE-005-382-724 dated 13th April 2013,but after 4 monthson date on 08 Aug. 2013 thy refused to pay/compensate the amount.
