Hello Sir, I had paid fees of my brother’s education to gujacpcadm.nic.in and for registration I had paid 20,000/- and I have that receipt also. ICICI bank deducted 20,224/- and now says it was claimed by gujacpc though I had entered 3d Secure PIN for 20,000 only and I got receipt of 20,000 only.

ICICI bank has closed ticket 3 times without any reason by saying “we are not able to process your query so closed”. which took almost 10+ days, After that I was calling to their call center and all executives were putting call on hold for hours and not responding. It almost wasted my 1 month and still their is no satisfactory response. You are the last hope for me.
