I Ruchika Gupta hold a salary account in ICICI bank branch nehru place. My husband made a transaction of Rs. 5,000 from ICICI bank ATM (sec-12, I block, noida)on 4th Dec,2013 at 17:43. After that we also swiped my card for Rs. 3,700 at airtel bharti at 17:47 which also asked for my 4 digit pin as per new RBI law. Just 4 minutes later I received a message on my registered mobile no. with ICICI bank about a debit card transaction of Rs. 20,000 at 17:51. I did not make this transaction. After that i follow all the procedure that ICICI customer care people suggested to follow and lodged an FIR complaint as well. I submitted the same on 9th Dec,2013 in the ICICI bank, Nehru Place branch to Ms. Akansha and over the mail as well. For which they gave me 17th Jan,2014 date to process my issue. She asked to come after 4 days of submitting the FIR copy to collect the video clip. My husband went to collect the clip on 16th Dec,2013. Ms. Akansha first told him that she will hand over the clip to police and police needs to come to collect the clip. When my husband cross checked with her that she should have said this before when the copy of FIR was handed over to her and if this is the case than please give this in written then we have to ask police to collect the clip. For which she completely refused. Moreover police told us that we only have to collect the clip from bank and hand over to them. Then Ms. Akansha told him that the clip is not available due to some technical issue. After few days i got a call from Mr Deepak from ICICI investigation department to meet me at the ATM machine on 21st Dec. So that he could check the issue. I tool a leave from office to meet him. After few days i called him to check the status from him and asked me not to call him and check the status from customer care. Now today 45 days are completed and i still have not received my money back. Please help me.
Rs 20000 which they deducted from account with interest since i had to visit to nehru place from Noida many times and also took a leave from office. I have been in lot of financial and mental crisis due to this problem.
