While I have gone to draw 5000/- from ICICI bank ATM at Bellandur, Bangalore, from my Account bearing no. 142801515921 the ATM machine shown on screen sorry, inadequate amount. I have triend as I have balance more than 5000/. But there is no result. I have taken out my card and left for my office to try at our ATM at Infosys Campus. But while I am on journey I received a SMS as Rs.5000/- debited from my account. I have lodged a complant on the same day. so far my amount is still not credited. forimmediate action please.
