I Received a call on Dec 21st from an support guy saying he is calling from the services dept. ICICI and since i have been a valued customer, they are providing me with services such as Two holiday vouchers wrist watch of RADO brand Lotto brand sport shoes Dis countable card applicable across 5000 outlet I was surprised at the beginning but felt that may be ICICI had offers for Christmas and i had also got benefits at the time i upgraded my card. later when i revived a mail from click nshoppee i noticed no where in the mail ICICI is connected , i call the ICICI customer care for enquiry and they say that i had to be carefull and that they never ask for card numbers and other information via phone. I was cheated , I immediately called the customer support clickns hoppe and the same guy received the call, i asked him i wanted to cancel the package and services that they are providing, but i was informed that the package has been dispatched and a cancellation could only be done once i received the package( i constantly kept on asking on the call what would the procedure be after i receive the package and the support guy had only this to say “SIR DONT YOU WORRY,PLEASE CALL US AFTER YOU RECIEVE THE PACKAGE” now that i have the package and after giving a call i have been informed that there cannot be any cancellation on this package or service, (Well when every company ont his earth has kept the options for the customer why aint this company cancelling the package) This time the support guy has only thing to say”DONT YOU WORRY SIR, PLEASE CALL THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND THEY WILL HELP YOU CONVERT THIS TO EMI” please let me know on how to proceed with this. i have the package with me not opened.
A cancellation of this package and a refund of the money that i have made unintentionally.
