I was using ICICI Bank Credit Card, and my dues went up to Rs. 32000/- (approx.) in August 10, then i requested and converted the same to monthly EMI as i was fed up with the charges and I was unable to pay in one shot.

As I converted the complete amount in monthly installment for 12 months and regularly paid the same till August 2011 and completed all my dues. Still in the month of September 11, I got credit card statement mentioning dues for Rs. 2700/-(approx.), I wrote to customer care and requested to inform for extra dues as i paid the complete installment regularly without delay.

I got reply that still one EMI is pending, I again calculate and went through all one year statements but I found the I have paid regularly and full, but still one installment was pending as per the statement. I requested to contact someone but there was only direction to visit any branch of ICICI Bank. I asked whom shall i meet in the branch please provide me the contact number but there was no reply from ICICI.

Now I saw my CIBIL report where in i found that ICICI bank has shown written off status with pending dues of Rs. 10,700, due to which my CIBIL score is badly effected. Again i wrote to ICICI Bank customer care about the same but there is no reply from other end.
