My previous case (DEAID/E/2012/00706 ) is closed on the basis of ICICI response that — ICICI is saying that client have not contacted for cancellation in freelook period. But, This is not true. I have immediately contacted to ICICI person who gave me this policy. And he kept saying that “Sir, we are doing needfull. Please wait.”. And after some time he stopped responding to my calls.
