I have taken a life insurance policy from icici pru life policy no. 13703428 & its completed 3 years at 29th march 2013 on same day i applied for surrender of same policy & they people told me to receive my fund within 6 days means ard 4th of april but today is 19th of april & 22 days has passed but still i m not able to get my payment. due to this delayed my some of the cheques which has been issued to other people has dishounered & even i m in financial crisis. I m regularly in follow up with vadodara branch people & they are giving me wrong commitements every day so please do needful to me for same & i should get my payment latest by 22nd april & i also i wanna claim panelty to company & 18% of int. pa

I want my payment latest by 22nd april with penalty & interest.
