ICICI Bank Ltd RLG’s Advisor MR. Sumanta Mondal (Code/License No. 00151827), who is also an officer in West Bengal, HABRA ICICI Bank branch had contacted me through distance marketing for making a one time investment in secured Government bonds for a sum of 1 Lakh 1 hundred INR locked in for a term of 5 years . I had agreed to it. However, when the investment document came on 3 June 2013, I found it is a 10 year life insurance policy (Policy No. 17781542) with a yearly premium of 1 Lakh 1 hundred INR. It is utter cheating. He is not also receiving my calls. Please take severe action against him, & make arrangements so that I can surrender the policy immediately with no financial damage whatsoever.

I want the entire sum of 1 lakh 1 hundred INR to be refunded back to me with no deductions, either by Demand Draft or Direct transfer to my ICICI Bank Savings A/c.
