Myself Pankaj Kumar, I used nearby IDBI ATM (No. ID020011) for withdrawal of 2000/ Rs from my PNB debit card.
With reference to below transaction done on 30 April 2014, 19:36 at IDBI ATM-ID020011

ATM (ID020011) didn’t dispense any money and receipt tells as “UNABLE TO DISPENSE” but 2000/- rupees deducted from my current PNB account.
I waited for 1 hour in the hope to get my money back in my PNB account itself (as such incident has happened to me before but at that time money was refunded within 1 hour) but this time it didn’t happen.
After that i raised online complaint at PNB’s complaint portal with reference no. 5000025869 but complain is still unanswered. Tried to reach to customer-care of PNB through phone calls but nobody picking the calls. Emailed this issue to help-desk of PNB but that too is unanswered till now.
I am attaching the receipt of ATM as a proof with this mail.
I would be grateful if you could please look into this issue and help to resolve it soon.
