I purchase idea 3G smartphone ALCATEL one touch J320 android phone on 18 Aug 2014 from G matrix. As per the information given by idea customer care there is a scheme on this handset for internet facility on recharge of Rs 259. 3GB internet with 3G speed 1GB per month. I recharged with 259 Rs on 11 sept 2014 after recharge on same date i received one sms that you have successfully recharge and internet facility will activate after 72 hrs but till date i do not received any facility. many a time i communicate with idea care but i did not received any satisfactory feedback.

i want to start this internet facility on my handset as per scheme launch by them for three month from the day of activation otherwise idea should return my recharge amount.
