I recharged yesterday a facebook pack of Rs.9 but when i tried using facebook, the amount deducted from my main balance, not from my free 90MB. I talked several times with your executives but they were unable to resolve the issue. Raju Barman (Customer service) and Suman Basak (Sr.Executive) said that if i use facebook messenger then only i can use the usage of 90 MB data.But idea didn’t provide any clear information about this. When i was talking with Mr.Suman Basak , another pack of Rs.16 (80MB for 3 days) was activated by idea or the executives. After disconnecting the call i saw the messages and again called to 198. I talked with Mr.Paltan Chowdhury (Customer service) , and he tried to accuse me about the activation as my fault. I then request to connect the call to his senior..I waited for more than 6mins, i disconnected then tried and waited for another 7 mins. Your Sr.Executive Mr.Arka Paul booked a complain for the pack of Rs.16 but the maximum resolve date for the complain is 11.04.2014, which is the expiry of the pack also.
