I have bought a new Idea connection (SIM No.: 89910433021307745684) from Idea Cellular Ltd., A-3/29, 1st Floor, Sec. 5, Rohini on 10th Oct and was assured that the activation will be done by 12th Oct’13 post the verification on 11th Oct. The number given to me is 8506007860. However, no one has come over for verification at my Billing Address (W 31, 2nd Floor, Rajouri Garden-110027. I have already paid in advance the security of INR 300 which shall be adjusted against the 6th bill.

My money to be refunded and the number to be activated with a special billing plan or an equally good number to be offered to compensate for the hassle caused and pathetic service given despite numerous reminder calls made
