My Rs 30 were deducted on 13-01-2014 at around 03:30 PM. As per the message received, it was for the downloading games from Handygo which i never downloaded. I did not click any link neither i have anything or any game in my downloads or other folders. The Balance has been wrongly deducted. I called IDEA helpline i.e. 198 several times. They Just directed to me to a senior executive which was busy at that time attending to others so i was asked to call Later. One of the Executive in particular was very rude.

I want my amount to be returned to my account.
