The no. 9507012000 is active on the HAPPY 499 plan and an additional roaming pack of Rs.75 has been activated which gives free incoming calls while in roaming on idea network. On the 499 plan I am supposed to receive 84000 sec.(1400 mins.) of call value for local/national/roaming(incoming+outgoing). One is entitled to receive free incoming calls on roaming if the add on pack of 75 is subscribed, but since i have activated the roaming pack i am still charged for incoming calls from the 84000 secs. which i receive in bundle with the 499 plan. In other words, the 84000 secs which i get should be consumed only for outgoing calls and not for incoming calls when the incoming pack of Rs.75 is active on roaming. I am even charged for the incoming calls while in roaming from the first 84000 sec. and also being charged for outgoing calls even if my outgoing usage does not exceed 84000 sec. The 84000 secs. which they provide per month are not free of cost but they charge a rental of Rs.499 for that, and even after subscribing to the Rs.75 pack i am not getting the entitled benefits.

I want that i should get incoming calls for free on roaming and the 84000 secs.(1400 mins.) which I receive should be consumed only for outgoing calls, if the Free Incoming On Roaming Pack of Rs.75 is subscribed. This is as per the latest TRAI regulation that no mobile service provider can charge for incoming calls on roaming in any way and it should be completely free if the customer has subscribed to the Free Incoming On Roaming Pack.
