So many times , i have face bal. Deduction problem from idea , last month 2 times deducted rs40 (each time). So may i know when you deducting balance against a service ,you can show any downloading file size or subscription details,so that we can understand that we have selected downloaded, but is totally a robbery done by you(idea) form your customers, because you have not any single answer to specify the actual problem, It is a better way to demand some funds to customers to full fill your targets, i hope 6 customer out of 10 may allow deduct their balance by thinking of your condition. It is shameless work done by idea
